With over 28 years of experience in Law Enforcement and Security, Josh Stivers is the founder of Code 23 Security LLC, a trusted full-service security guard and patrol company serving the Greater Treasure Valley, Idaho area. His extensive expertise is backed by a Master of Science Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, a second Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration, and an Associate of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
Beyond his academic accomplishments, Josh holds several distinguished professional designations, including Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Crime Prevention through Enviornmental Design (CPTED) and a Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP) designation. His career in law enforcement includes serving as a Police Officer in South King County, Washington, alongside volunteer work with the Kent and Algona Police Departments.
For the past 13 years Josh also served as the Manager for Washington State's largest Healthcare system in Seattle. As well as owned an operated a local private security company in the Greater Puget Sound Region of Seattle. Josh is also a national speaker on Active Shooter Preparedness Training and is an acomplished inventor and holds two US Patents and Trademarks through the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
